The Solution I designed a visually compelling, gamified dashboard for Saleskick that aligns team goals, tracks progress, and celebrates achievements to drive engagement. Research Interviewed sales managers and team members to understand their workflows and pain points. Identified gaps in motivation and the need for clearer performance insights. 2.
